In order to promote social cohesion, brotherhood and mutual understanding among citizens of Poredaka regardless of gender, ethnicity, and religion, nationals of Poredaka residents of the United States have decided to create a non-political and non-profit association.

L’ARSP-USA aims:

• 01 Promote friendship and brotherhood between the jurisdictions of the sub-prefecture of Porédaka in the United States, ...
• 02 Strengthen the unity between the sons and daughters of the different sub-prefectures by focusing on the reconciliation of their members,...
• 03 Fight against all forms of social, gender, age, political or geographic discrimination,
• 04 Defend the socio-economic, cultural interests of Porédaka all over the world, make known the customs and traditions of the Sub-prefecture ;
• 05 Participate fully in the development process initiated in the sub-prefecture through the works of the Association ;
